We do not have a direct relationship with your Subscribers or any other individuals outside of you, and for that reason, you are responsible for ensuring you have the proper permission and legal basis for us to collect and process information about those individuals. If you are a Subscriber and do not wish to be contacted by one of our users, please unsubscribe directly from that user’s bot or contact the user directly to update or delete your data.

The term “personal information” used here is defined as any information that can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom the information relates. The personal information we collect is confidential to individuals and may be modified over time.
When you register for ECOMKEY, we ask for your name, company name, email address, billing address, and credit card information. If you register for a free account, you do not need to enter a credit card. However, if you wish to activate your payment process, you may need to provide credit card information.
ECOMKEY uses the information we collect for the following general purposes: providing products and services, communicating with you, processing payments, identifying and authenticating, improving services, contacting you, researching, and preventing fraud.
As part of the buying and selling process on ECOMKEY, you will obtain the customer’s email address and/or shipping address. By clicking on our User Terms, you have agreed that the information related to other users that you obtain through ECOMKEY or via a channel related to ECOMKEY or facilitated by ECOMKEY transactions grants you a license to use that information only for purposes related to ECOMKEY, and not for any other commercial messages. ECOMKEY does not accept spam. Therefore, under these restrictions, you are not allowed to add the names of people who have purchased an item from you to your mailing list (either by email or physical mail) without their consent.
ECOMKEY is using Google APIs to collect information from Google. We are committed to complying with Google’s User Data Policy regarding the handling of user information, including the requirement to limit the use of the information to ensure that users’ information is not misused or overused for any other purposes.This means:

ECOMKEY does not use, transfer, provide, or share any personal information of customers to third parties without the customer’s consent.
In the event that the information server is attacked by hackers leading to the loss of customer personal data, ECOMKEY will be responsible for reporting the incident to the relevant authorities for timely investigation and resolution and notifying the customer.
Securing your personal information is very important to us. When you enter sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, into our registration forms, we encrypt the transmission of information using secure encryption technology SSL – Secure Sockets Layer. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use secure encryption means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Hence, ECOMKEY cannot commit to absolute safety, and ECOMKEY cannot be held responsible in the event of unauthorized access to customer personal information, such as when customers voluntarily share information with others.

- You can review, update, or change your registration information by logging into your account or contacting us to make these changes. Personal data will be retained until a deletion request is made, or the customer logs in and deletes the information themselves. Otherwise, customer personal information will be securely stored on ECOMKEY servers following the retention periods mandated by the Accounting Law.
