  • Service Not Delivered on Time: If Ecomkey fails to complete website design services, hosting provision, or other services within the agreed timeline, customers are entitled to request a refund.
  • Product Not as Described: If a product, such as a theme or hosting package, does not match the description on the website, customers have the right to request a refund.
  • Product Condition: For themes and services, refund requests are only accepted if the product has not been used or installed. If there is any damage caused by the provider, we will assist you in fixing it.

4. Refund Procedure

5. Cases Where Refunds Do Not Apply

  • Hosting packages that have been activated, products that have been installed or used.
  • Customers have used the theme or hosting for a long period of time and there is no technical damage caused by the provider.
  • Website design services that have been completed as per the initial agreement with no technical issues or defects.
  • Refund requests are submitted outside the specified period.
  • Shipping or processing fees (if any) will not be refunded unless the product is damaged due to our fault.
