These are the regulations relating to the use of Ecomkey products. Customers need to read and agree to the entire terms of service of use below before becoming an Ecomkey user.

We reserve the right to amend or supplement this Policy at any time. We encourage you to regularly review this Privacy Policy for the most recent updates to ensure you know and exercise your right to manage your personal information.

Customers have the right to use the full features of the software based on the information of the purchase and sale agreement according to the signed electronic invoice or service contract.

Customers have the right to self-check, update and adjust their personal information by logging into their account and correcting personal information or asking us to do this.

We reserve the right to amend or supplement this Policy at any time. Changes to this Policy will be emailed to you when implemented. We encourage you to regularly update this Privacy Policy to get the most accurate information.

Customers are not allowed to use software services in updating data, sending emails, writing articles or transmitting data for the following purposes:

– Harming, disturbing others or causing injury to people and property;

– In connection with the publication of information or material that is deceptive, disparaging, harassing or obscene;

– Infringing upon privacy rights or discriminating against race, religion, gender, disability;

Infringement of intellectual property or other property rights;

– Interfere with or disrupt the Service (including but not limited to accessing the Service through any mechanical means, software);

– Violating the provisions of the law.

Under no circumstances will Ecomkey or other service providers cooperating with us be liable for damages arising from the use of third-party services by a customer. If the customer uses any third party services, the customer must abide by the respective commitments

In case the Customer stops using the software for personal reasons (eg business stoppage, health, time, …), Ecomkey is not responsible for refunding any costs.

In case customers have serious problems when using the software, Ecomkey will have a support and compensation policy for each case.

Fees related to the service are calculated on a monthly basis and specified in detail in the electronic receipt or sales contract.

Customers can pay for services via the payment methods mentioned on the website or the payment page of Ecomkey software.

After payment, the system will send an online invoice to your email (which you provide when registering). The system will send a notice for the next premium period 30 days before the expiration of your service plan.

After the 7-day trial, you will receive your first bill on the day you select your subscription and enter your payment information

Your subscription will be automatically renewed based on the packages you have purchased through the payment terms of the Ecomkey app (Startup and Business Plans), if you do not cancel the renewal subscription. Once you cancel the automatic payment, you will not be charged for the next payment.

We do not apply automatic payments to Business Plans or payment methods set up outside of the Ecomkey app (Paypal Payment, Cash Payment, One Time Payment)

As soon as you make a payment in the Ecomkey app, You authorize us to store your payment method and pay automatically by term until you cancel your subscription. The payment terms can be: monthly payment, quarterly payment, 6-month payment, annual payment.

Please note that old and new promotions will not be automatically applied after your subscription is automatically renewed.

We may change the subscription fee if new features are added to your previous subscription. We will notify you of any changes to the incremental fee with the option to unsubscribe if you do not agree to continue using it.

Each party shall be responsible, as required by applicable law, for the determination and payment of all taxes and other governmental fees and charges (and any penalties, interest and other charges). additional clauses) applicable to that party based on or in connection with the transaction and payment under this Agreement.

All payments you make to us under this Agreement will not include any deductions, if required by law. If any deductions (including but not limited to contractor tax) are claimed for any payment, you will pay the additional amounts necessary to make the amount we receive equal to the amount due and payable under this agreement.
